Acceptance
By creating an account or using BrandPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public Beta
BrandPilot is currently offered as a free Public Beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties during this period.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you generate or publish through BrandPilot.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BrandPilot to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on others' rights.
Content ownership
You own the marketing content you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content so we can operate the service on your behalf.
Termination
You may stop using BrandPilot at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
