30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription to BrandPilot. If BrandPilot isn't the right fit within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of that first payment.

Who is eligible

  • Customers making their first paid BrandPilot subscription purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Accounts that have not been previously refunded or that show no signs of abuse, fraud, or substantial use of the service.

How to request a refund

Email support@gobrandpilot.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of your purchase. You can also manage your subscription and contact support through the Paddle billing portal linked from your account settings.

Renewals and later billing periods

The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription purchase. Automatic monthly and annual renewals after the initial purchase are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll review the request in good faith.

Partial billing periods

Outside the 30-day window, BrandPilot does not pro-rate refunds for partial monthly or annual periods. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

Annual plans

Annual plan purchases are eligible for the full 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access through the end of the paid annual period.

How refunds are processed

Payments for BrandPilot are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer; funds typically appear within several business days, but we don't guarantee a specific posting date.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests where we detect abuse of the refund process, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, violations of our Terms of Service, or evidence of substantial use of the service inconsistent with a good-faith trial.
